Vanishing Spells and Dedications

Hi again! It feels like it's been forever doesn't it? Yeah, sorry about that... But I do have a secret to share with y'all. I have developed a vanishing spell and that's why I haven't updated in so long: I've been trying to make myself re-appear.

LOL. Actually, I've been busy and stressed and going crazy. But wouldn't a vanishing spell be nice every now and again? I Personally would fight anyone who has one for it.

Well, in lieu of talking to you much excitement has taken place!
First of all, I took part in a Science Olympiad competition and got a third place in my event! All on my own too, no luck spells here! (Twitchy doesn't cheat)

I wrote a potent dedication chant for using on tool. I've had a good bit of success using it to charge a tarot deck that wasn't cooperating as well as a scrying mirror; so all in all some good stuffs! I actually would like to share it with you but remember, spells are no joke. With potent magick comes big responsibilities and you should always, always, always, have your intention in mind, be clear with what you want and not infringe on any one else's free will. No matter what. But I'm sure I'm preaching to the choir here. So, without further ado, a dedication chant for your tools:

In the name of the Goddess I charge you
In the name of the Lady I bind you
In the name of the Mother I cleanse you
And in this Magick I wind you

Burn away preconceptions
Wash away lies
Grow forth the truth
Blow clear our eyes

Embed in my spirit
The intention I see
For as I will it
So mote it be

With this I usually use a white candle charged for my purpose and a sage or other cleansing incense or smudge, but really, you can go as many directions with this as you want. Just clean up afterward (aka. Grounding, basic I know but you'd be surprised how many people forget).

On another, sadder, note; the dog I lived with for over ten years went to the Summerlands last week. You should've heard the argument Mom and I had over whether or not I could keep his collar to put on my altar. Fortunately, I won this one. Now I have it laying next to my picture of Hecate. I just felt it was right, with her being an aspect of the Crone and the Next Life.

But, just as his death was a new beginning for him, I got my own. Today, a Druidic friend of my approached me with the idea of starting a coven of our own. Needless to say I'm sooo excited. Guys, let me be straight with you; I've missed my old coven soo much! When I moved I lost a lot of my contacts and the coven practically fell apart. I really hope this works out for us, especially since there are a lot of teens at my high school who are solitary and searching. If you all could send some positive energy our way and wish us luck I would appreciate it more than you could ever imagine!

Well, homework is calling and I have to sign off for tonight but I would like to say thanks and sorry once again.

Blessed Be,
Twitchy
